What we keep, and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone number, country, the product code and quantity you are asking about, and your message, plus the time you sent it. We do not store your IP address. To stop automated spam the server counts recent submissions against a one-way hash of your connection, which cannot be turned back into an address.

Artwork files you email us are kept with your enquiry so we can prepare proofs and samples.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry with a quotation and proof, to produce samples and orders, and to keep in touch about that order. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the company, except the courier or freight forwarder handling your shipment, who receives the delivery address and contact number.

We do not send marketing email. If you hear from us, it is about an enquiry or order you started.

Cookies and tracking

We count page views with self-hosted Umami analytics without cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.

If you allow advertising measurement, we load the Google Ads tag. Google receives browser and page information and may use cookies and ad-click identifiers to attribute enquiries and contact-button clicks to an ad. A confirmed enquiry is recorded only after the website confirms it was sent. Clicks on our phone and WhatsApp links are measured separately; they do not confirm that a call connected or a message was sent. We do not send your name, email, phone, artwork or message in these events. Ad personalisation is disabled. If you decline, the Google Ads tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed below.

The bag builder and search run entirely in your browser. A bag specification you carry over to the enquiry form is stored in your browser's session storage and deleted as soon as the form reads it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as is useful to quote and serve repeat orders, typically a few years. Orders and invoices are kept for the period Indian tax law requires.
